RECIPE ALERT: PS WHEY Mug Cake!

Tired of drinking your protein?
Sometimes we just want something sweet to eat but our meal plan won’t allow it.
MugCakes are an awesome alternative and super easy!
Ingredient List:
- 1 scoop PS Whey Chocolate Fudge Cake
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 2 tbs water
Directions:
- Mix everything in a coffee mug till it is cake batter consistency
- Microwave 1 minute
Top with whatever you want…Some Suggestions Are...
- 32g Protein Peanut Butter
- 14g MyOatmeal.com Vanilla Frosting PB lean
- 1 fiber one chocolate brownie
